At wlozariniaixir, we take great pride in the quality of our gift wrapping services. We strive to ensure every customer is completely satisfied with our work. This policy outlines how we handle situations where you may not be happy with our service. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and other UK law are not affected by this policy. If you are a consumer, you may have the right to reject faulty goods within 30 days, or to request repair, replacement, or a refund in certain circumstances.

Distance Sales – 14-Day Right to Cancel

If you are a consumer and you entered into a distance contract with us (e.g. you ordered online or by phone without meeting us in person), the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 may give you a 14-day right to cancel the contract and receive a refund. This right may not apply to customised or personalised services once we have begun work with your agreement, or to perishable goods. If you wish to cancel within 14 days, please contact us as soon as possible. We will refund any payment received from you without undue delay and in any event within 14 days of you informing us of the cancellation.

Service Satisfaction

If you are not satisfied with your wrapped gift, please contact us within 48 hours of collection or delivery. We offer:

  • Free re-wrapping if the work does not meet agreed specifications
  • Full refund of wrapping service fee if we cannot resolve the issue
  • Complimentary corrected tags if there are errors in personalisation

Materials and Products

For ribbon and materials purchases:

  • Unused materials in original condition may be returned within 14 days (in line with your statutory distance-selling rights where applicable)
  • Custom-cut ribbons and personalised tags cannot be returned once made to your specification
  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 working days (and within 14 days as required by law where the 14-day cancellation right applies)
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty; your statutory rights in respect of faulty goods are not affected

Items Entrusted to Us

For items you provide for wrapping:

  • Items are inspected and noted upon receipt
  • We take reasonable care with all items during the wrapping process
  • Any concerns about item condition should be raised immediately upon collection
  • We recommend customers retain original packaging for fragile or valuable items

Cancellations

Order cancellation terms:

  • Free cancellation up to 48 hours before the agreed completion date
  • Cancellations within 48 hours may incur a 25% administration fee
  • Orders already in progress cannot be cancelled
  • Custom material orders cannot be cancelled once placed with suppliers

Damaged Items

If your wrapped gift arrives damaged during delivery:

  • Take photographs of the damage before opening
  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
  • We will assess whether the damage occurred during transit
  • Eligible claims will result in free re-wrapping or service refund
