This policy outlines how we handle situations where you may not be happy with our service. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and other UK law are not affected by this policy. If you are a consumer, you may have the right to reject faulty goods within 30 days, or to request repair, replacement, or a refund in certain circumstances.
If you are a consumer and you entered into a distance contract with us (e.g. you ordered online or by phone without meeting us in person), the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 may give you a 14-day right to cancel the contract and receive a refund. This right may not apply to customised or personalised services once we have begun work with your agreement, or to perishable goods. If you wish to cancel within 14 days, please contact us as soon as possible. We will refund any payment received from you without undue delay and in any event within 14 days of you informing us of the cancellation.
